Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIE
Calculation, posting, and verification of primary financial data for maintaining accounting records.
Supervise book-keeping work and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
Examine, analyse, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Calculate accounts payable to Franchisees and process for payment (monthly).
Book royalty income in the system after franchisee payment is made (monthly)
Check and verify double payment incidents arising from gateway process issues and other reasons and process for refund.
Prepare and file GST returns.
Receive, handle, and resolve queries from the parent-connect team, related to invoicing and payments.
Prepare quarterly consolidated financial reports comprising Profit &Loss statements and balance sheet.
