Position: Technical Writer

Location: Ghaziabad, Sahibabad

Experience: Min of 2yrs experience into technical writer into software industry

1. Skills Required:

Technical Writing

2. MUST Proven Working Experience in Technical Writing of Software Documentation.

3. Basic Knowledge of any Documentation Tools.

4. Good written Skills in English.

5. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering Business Administration or Equivalent Preferred 6. Desirable Knowledge of Retail Business Procedures and Application.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with Internal Team of Coordinators.

2. Developers & Support for In-depth Understanding of the Product and the Documentation Requirements.

3. Revise Documents as New Issues Arise or Resolved.

4. Gather Usability Feedback from Customers and Internal Team Members Use Photographs, Drawings, Diagrams, Animation, and Charts that Increase Users’ Understanding. Commitment.
