Job Title: Telecaller Job Type: Full-time (WFO)

Location: Bangalore (Kormangala)

Package: 2LPA

Working days: 6 days (1 day off On Monday)

Timing: 10:30 AM– 7:30 PM

Lavish Holiday Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced Telecallers to join our team in Bangalore! As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for converting leads, sharing the information Lavish Holiday (A leisure Infrastructure company) leisure packages and services, and scheduling appointments to meet sales team. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and able to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

Converting the leads shared by the leads, by making outbound calls

Explain our Holiday plans with excited locations / destination and services to customers

Schedule appointments for our sales team

Manage call backs to bring the effective usage of leads shared

Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads

Meet weekly and monthly targets

Basic Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Requirements:

Previous experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
