Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our fashion team as a Fashion Assistant. As a Fashion Assistant, you will work closely with our team of designers, stylists, and production managers to bring our fashion collections to life. You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the fashion production process, from initial design concepts to the finished product.

Responsibilities:

1 Assist in the design process by creating sketches and digital renderings
2 Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with current fashion trends
3 Attend fittings and provide feedback on garment fit and construction
4 Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of finished products
5 Assist with photo shoots, runway shows, and other events as needed
6 Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the design studio and production space
7 Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and other materials
8 Maintain clear communication with all team members and vendors

Requirements:

1 A passion for fashion and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
2 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
4 Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or fashion industry-specific software
5 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
6 Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and photo shoots
