Job Summary

We are looking for an engineer, who loves getting their hands dirty in code, while designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large software systems. This is an opportunity to join an agile team to create high-quality services that inspire other teams.

Core Duties
• Work in a development team to develop integrated HCM SaaS product using Golang, MongoDB & VueJs.
• Perform design and development of web based applications & APIs.
• Work closely with quality assurance team to ensure delivery of high quality and reliable web applications.
• Develop databases including queries, document, deployment, etc.
• Monitor application performance at post-deployment stage and make necessary changes if needed.
• Interact with customers to define project features and requirements.
• Resolve application defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Works collaboratively with Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of project.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience as Golang Full stack Developer

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Should have good experience in Golang/ Python Programming Language, MongoDB/SQL Server.
• Hands on experience in Go routine and channel patterns, Go web frameworks.
• Hands-on experience MongoDB/SQL Server.
• Hands on experience with AngularJs/VueJs/ReactJs.
• Good Knowledge and Experience in OOPS, HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript and JQuery.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN etc
• Agile/Scrum based experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in HRMS module development will be an added advantage.
