Job Title: Content Development /Writer (Learning & Development)

Job Location: Mumbai, Thane

Mode: Work from Office

Responsibilities:

1) To design & develop content using ADDIE model, Instructional Design Methodology, Bloom's Taxonomy and using Adult Learning Principles.

2) To conduct Training Need Analysis & Training Need Identification for different roles in various Functions (Operations, SCM, Category, HR, Finance, Maintenance etc.

3) To coordinate with Function Heads & SMEs to know the Training Needs for employees in their function

4) Prepare a comprehensive curriculum post discussion with Function Heads, SMEs and after making initial Store/DC visits.5) Prepare a comprehensive HLD (High level design) post discussion with Manager Content Development.

5) To Guide the Trainers/ SMEs on various aspects of Training Delivery (Facilitation skills)

6) To create a culture of learning within the Organization i.e. the quality of inputs shared with the participants (of any function) should be such that the participants should look forward to training interventions and consider it as an investment the organization is making in them in their development and growth
