Job Description

• Own support tickets, fix and respond within defined SLAs per ticket category
• Collaborate and participate in various technical reviews

Desired Educational Qualification BS/BE/B.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related area and/or 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience in Salesforce Technical Skills / Knowledge Required

Self starter with exposure working and understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionalities like (but not limited to) Objects, Roles, Fields, Customizations', Approval processes, Validation rules, Data loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Sandbox Lifecycle Deployments, changesets, Managed Packages, territory management, data management, data loader, communities, Lightning, LWC, AURA, APEX, VF, VF Components, Salesforce Knowledgebase & Coding.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Integrations related to SOAP, WSDL, API, HTML, CSS etc.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apps, Salesforce for Outlook, Lightning Sync , Einstein Activity Capture , Salesforce security products
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce using your strong business analysis skills.
• Familiarity with configuring and administering the Salesforce instance,
• Salesforce certifications (Admin/App Builder/Developer/Sales, Service Cloud)
• Salesforce data migration, Einstein and Slack
• Technical familiarity with Oracle CPQ, EDW (Datawarehouse), SAP, and MuleSoft.
