Job Description Accounting Functions Finalization of Profit amp; Loss account and Balance Sheet. Preparing MIS for management. Preparing amp; maintaining statutory books of accounts. Taxation Functions Functional knowledge of Goods and Service tax (GST). Indirect tax related account reconciliations. Registration, Amendments, Tax computation, filing of returns Legal Compliances. Direct Taxes Tax compliances including advance Income tax, TDS and filing of returns. Compilation of Corporate tax returns e-Filing. Assessments and reply to authorities notices. Auditing Functions Conducting verification of books of accounts to ensure that accounts prepared conform to Accounting Standards and Companies Act. Extracting reports from accounting software and analysis the accuracy and variances. Financial statement analysis and Analytical review. Documentation of work done in accordance with the requirement of audit methodology. Overseeing internal audit to validate the accuracy of organization#3+;s records. Conduct and analysis of stock audits. Knowledge Skills Good communication skills. Proficient in MS Excel. Proven working experience as Accounting Finance Manager Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
