Position: WFM Manager/ WFM AM - MIS

Job Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Languages: English (Mandatory), South Indian Languages (Preferred)

Job Description:

Should have worked in international BPO handling team of minimum 10 members.

Need to interact with management and clients for taking down requirements and getting it executed with help of team.

Should have Automation skills.

Capacity planning for existing clients and Manpower sizing for RFPs

Should have exposure to P&L.

Responsible for identifying revenue and performance opportunities.

Need to be flexible with Shift.

Major Skills looking for – Forecasting, scheduling, FTE calculation, Erlang, invoice, hands on experience in Excel & MIS report , IEX.
