Maintenance Technician

Duties & Responsibilities :

To assist oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
Implement preventative maintenance measures.
Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)

Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
Qualification & Experience :

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a Hotel / Mall etc.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
Basic Administrative skills.
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
Problem-solving aptitude
Diploma or equivalent degree from a vocational school with more than 2 years of Experience in the same role.
Hotel experience will be consider as an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
