Architectural Draftsman|CAD Technician

We are seeking an architectural draftsman /CAD technician to be part of our Architectural department. Candidate should have a minimum of 2-+ years’ experience of architectural drafting work with architectural or engineering consultancy firms. Should be an ITI or TEB certified Civil Draftsman or a Diploma in Architectural Assistantship. Experience with industrial work including steel / PEB construction will be helpful. Candidate must be fully proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch-up. Other graphic software will be an added advantage. Candidate should have a good understanding of building and construction elements, material & construction process, and must have a strong flair for Detailing. Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deliverables in a timely manner. Understanding the architectural concept in close coordination with Architect and prepare client presentation material or Good for construction drawings. Understanding of applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR). Taking charge of internal co-ordination with different disciplines on schematic level architectural plan for main plant & ancillary buildings for structural work and all services like mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
