Call Center Representative

• 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Weekoffs only for Candidates with fluent English communication and a minimum 1 year of experience (Fresher can also apply)
• Paid trainings provided
• Salary: up to INR 18500 pm
• Location: Scheme number 78, Vijay Nagar

Roles and Responsibilities:-
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:-
• Should be good in communication both in Verbal Communication
• Self-motivated
• Sound Knowledge of English and Hindi.
