Principal Duties/Responsibilities
• Add/Renew/Amend Policy details in the business application based on the supporting documentation & retails office requests.
• Review analyze and assess carrier/broker documentation along with all other relevant documents for accuracy & raise insurance billing requests for NAC.
• Liaise with Client Managers (Retail offices) for issues and resolve discrepancies related to policy details & billing requests.
• Follow SOPs, Client/Carrier specifications and adherence of all statutory requirements.
• Timely and effective responses to all queries, requests, corrections, etc. received from field offices / Service centers.
• Develop a sound understanding of the Policy maintenance processes along with the related upstream and downstream processes.
• Maintain Quality and Turnaround standards along with all relevant process KPI's.
• Participate and contribute to potential process improvement areas.
• Ensure ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/external).
• Ensure all statutory and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues, and the business interests of the company.
