Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the office premises, common areas, and kitchen.
Make and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and guests.
Run errands for office supplies like stationery, groceries, and other items.
Assist in basic office tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and shredding documents.
Operate office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Assist in setting up and organizing meetings and events, including arranging furniture and equipment, and preparing refreshments.
Coordinate with external vendors like cleaning and catering services to ensure smooth operations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:

Physical fitness, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
