Job Description

Position : IT Admin Support

Experience : 2 + Year

Location : Kochi

Key Responsibilities
• Managing IT Infrastructure administration activities and application support, server administration, rollouts, maintenance & application deployment.
• Continuously monitor and implement service improvement initiatives (Automate routine tasks, process improvements, etc) for value realization.
• Collaborate with different service teams (internal & external) to ensure service availability as agreed with clients.
• Provide technical solutions and alternatives, mentoring and supporting teams, handling team on need basis for service delivery and client engagements.
• Define, implement and optimize monitoring solutions for applications and underlying infrastructure
