Criteria: -


Flexible to Rotational Shifts - 6 days of Rotational Shifts & 1 day rotational off.
Knowledge of chat and email process, good email writing and written skills etc

Handling Chats regarding their Banking related queries.

Handling Chat queries about the customers Bank account and banking related queries.

Supporting customers in real-time through chat and email

Excellent Communication Skills

Good Typing Skills


Salary : 23K Take Home

Location : Bangalore
