Designation - Manager Talent Management

Location - Bandra (W)

Budget – Upto 10.00LPA

Industry Preference - Oil/Pharma/Chemical/FMCG/MFG corporate TM Role

Job Analysis and implementing its outcomes with role clarification leading to SOPS for every key result and outcome.
• Preparation of Job Description with Functional Department Heads and getting the CMD’s approval.
• Interface of the job with other functional jobs/departments, outcomes of that in profiles management of current and evolving role; outline the interactive SOP’s
• Freezing the job profile which has been arrived through above iterative process, with the approval of the Department Head, HR Head and CMD.
• Modifying and reviewing the profiles periodically with the CMD.
• Visiting the plant and preparing the profiles of all the managers periodically.
• Interacting with the managers periodically apprising him of the profiles of all the managers.
• Assisting job holder capacity to perform in existing and evolving arrears, advise him /her for in event of perception or performance gaps while keeping the HR Head and CMD in loop.
• Ensuring that the employee is getting along with the departments and working on the gaps for smooth transition in his/her performance.
• Handling the Performance Management of the employees.

Education and Experience
• At least 5 years’ experience into Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
• Must have knowledge in Talent Engagement Analysis and Organizational Performance Function.
• Should be having excellent Communication and Analytical skills would be an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS office suite
