Qualification: Diploma/B.Optom/M.Optom

· Maximum Age: 30 Years.

· Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships

· Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions

· Clear communication and active listening skills

· Ability to adapt to changing environment and openness to learn

· Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation

· Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority

Job Specifications:

Conduct comprehensive eye test (both subjective & objective)

Conduct sales of all optical goods and explain customers in detail about the frames, lenses & contact lenses as per requirement

Convert 100% customers and aim to cross-sell & up-sell

Achieve all sales targets as given by management

Increase revenue and sales

No Cold calling required

Fixed Daily Petrol Allowance on every customer visit.
