Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Lab Technician is responsible for carrying out experiments and tests in a laboratory setting, maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring safety protocols are followed, collaborating with other laboratory staff, and conducting research to support research and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting experiments and tests according to established protocols and procedures
Collecting, recording, and interpreting data using computer software or manual methods
Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly calibrated and stocked
Following safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, disposing of waste, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Collaborating with other laboratory staff, researchers, or scientists to support their projects and experiments
Training new employees and providing technical assistance to other laboratory staff
Conducting research and staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field by attending conferences, reading scientific journals, and participating in professional organizations
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
