✅Sourcing screening of candidates-job portals, networking, headhunting and self-data bank.

✅Advertising job availability through online channels and other media

✅ Schedul

Arranging conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates

✅ Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.

✅ Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.

✅ Creating and maintaining database effectively and managing candidate and client information including client s requirements, interviews scheduled, and list of selected candidates

✅Developing a strong working relationship with team members and managers partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.

✅ Recruitment MIS on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

✅Skills Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills.

✅Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced metrics driven environment.

Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
