Our client has a large Contact Centre in Tri-City Chandigarh with Capacity of 3000+ Seats

This role is an inbound call centre in a friendly team for a full-time role with full on the job training.

They are looking for an excellent customer service representative Âto join their team. You would be providing support and advice to the Premium Customers of Leading Payment Bank with friendly and efficient customer service.

Main duties include :

Answering inbound calls

Providing detailed answers, support, and assistance

Managing and resolving issues

Data entry in CRM

The perfect person for this job will :

Have Good Communication Skills to apply as Fresher

Have 1+ years of previous call centre experience to apply as Sr. CSRÂ

Have a great phone manner

Be patient and willing to learn

Have good technical skills in MS Office
