· Resolve customer queries and issues through emails.

· Excellent verbal communication skills

· Customer Support experience in voice processes

Candidate should have,

1. Good Communication skills

2. Provide solutions through Email/Chat/Voice to customer of different time zones

3. Resolving queries of Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

4. Flexible to work in shifts.

5. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills

6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

7. Good technical knowledge

8. ready to work from office
