About Position

We are looking for Cloud Database Architect to design high-end applications for our clients. You will be determining the scope of software development projects, collaborating on the development of software applications, and obtaining and integrating end-user feedback.

What You'll Do
• Design and implement Linux Client (desktop and thin clients) for Parallels products family.
• Lead the efforts in troubleshooting issues related to our products - Support existing features and improve legacy code base Excellent competence in C++ and Qt development Experience and understanding the core concepts of building apps for Linux platform.
• Solid knowledge of multithreaded programming Solid knowledge of OOP & design patterns Also, important skills: This position involves a significant amount of communication in a multi-lingual team.
• Good written and spoken English Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible self-driven, proactive, result oriented. Eager to learn and improve your skills and share experiences with others

Expertise You'll Bring
• Qt internals - Client-server application development
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and Product managers on new features design and implementation Collaborate with development teams.
• Clean code development
• Unit-testing and TDD - Linux low-level GUI (X11, Wayland) If you have any of these skills on any platform (iOS/Android/macOS/Linux/ Windows),
• Good fit for us: - Solid experience in RDP and/or RDP virtual channel development - Solid experience with user-space devices (USB, smart cards, web cameras) programming
