Chartered Accountant

URGENT HIRING!! We are looking FINANCIAL CONTROLLER for one of the reputed Manufacturing Engineering Company based at Greater Noida,Qualification- CA/CMA qualified, Experience 3-5 year in same role,Age below 35, Budget 10-12LPA, Reporting to CEO.

Accounting: Responsible for oversight on the accounting function like costing, recoveries, store and stock management, purchase and sale vouching, salaries etc.

Financial Reporting:Guide and drive the FPA team with respect to budgeting, financial analysis and group reporting,work with business heads with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs with different MIS reports.

Compliances: taxes compliances – GST/Direct Taxes /Indirect Taxes, Also have an oversight on ROC and other statutory compliances not limited but including PF/ESI/professional tax etc.

Banking & Negotiation: Must have proven experience in managing banking relations and negotiations with various banks and financial institutions.

Cashflow: Responsible for cash flows management of the business, payables/receivables etc.

Systems and Processes: Need to lead and improvise various systems and processes, with a view to strengthening those in line with best practices.

Audits: Work closely with the internal and external auditors. Work constructively towards addressing issues and gaps identified by the auditors.

Team Building: Be a good team player, and to continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members with a view to increasing productivity on a continuous basis, the key strategic decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹+0,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
