We are looking FINANCIAL CONTROLLER for one of the reputed Manufacturing Engineering Company based at Greater Noida,Qualification- CMA qualified, Experience 3-5 year in same role, Budget 10-12LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

Accounting: Have an oversight on the accounting function not limited to but including, costing, recoveries, store and stock management, purchase and sale vouching, salaries processing etc. Financial Reporting:Guide and drive the FPA team with respect to budgeting, financial analysis and group reporting. As a Controller, the candidate will be required to work closely with the business heads with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view. Undertake detailed analysis. We have guidelines in place to present MIS reports by 8th -10th of next month with analysis to divisional heads. Compliances: Be responsible for tax compliances - Direct Taxes as well as Indirect Taxes. Also have an oversight on ROC and other statutory compliances not limited but including PF/ESI/professional tax etc. Banking & Negotiation: Must have proven experience in managing banking relations and negotiations with various banks and financial institutions. Cashflow: To have an oversight on the cash flows of the business, keep a close watch on receivables, and plan well the payables to ensure the smooth running of the business. This also includes day to day cash management. Systems and Processes: Need to lead and improvise various systems and processes, with a view to strengthening those in line with best practices. Audits:Work closely with the internal and external auditors. Work constructively towards addressing issues and gaps identified by the auditors. Team Building: Be a team player

Pay: ₹+0,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
