Network Software Engineer | Research Development Department

Job Description

Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).

Design, develop and maintain network software applications and tools that ensure efficient and secure communication between network devices and systems.

Designing and implementing big data management and processing strategies, infrastructures, and algorithms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network protocols and technologies.

Create and maintain technical documentation for software projects.

Perform troubleshooting and debugging of network software applications.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to network programming.

Manage network software projects from conception to deployment.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in engineering (B.E) - Computer Eng., Information & Technology Eng., Electronics & Telecommunication

Strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++ & Python.

Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, and DNS.

Familiarity with networking devices and equipment, such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

Experience with network programming libraries and frameworks, such as Socket, Netty, or Twisted.

Understanding of security and cryptography concepts related to network programming.

Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
