About the team
Over the last few years, INSA Mobility has scaled cars, auto, and Moto businesses in more than 100 cities making Uber the go-to choice for people to move from point A to point B in APAC. We #GoGetIt and work through many niche problems - whether it's working for the safety of both riders and driver partners on the platform or improving the reliability of getting a ride, we always have our hands full with high-impact problems and projects.

About the role
As Regional Marketplace Manager, Moto you will manage the Moto portfolio for markets in India & South Asia ensuring that the platform is the first choice when drivers and riders think about ride-sharing. The right person for this job should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information.

Your Impact in the Role
Craft and execute the vision, strategy, and day-to-day tactics for the growth of Uber Moto’s portfolio through data-centric analytics, driver and rider side incentives, pricing, and a robust communication plan.
Solve marketplace reliability and efficiency challenges by using data, identifying the root cause, and implementing an effective, long-term, and scalable solution
Category creation for new growth bets with end-to-end ownership of strategy for demand growth and supply acquisition
Identify local product needs and work with global collaborators to conceptualize and implement solutions; Develop and lead GTM strategy for feature rollouts
Working closely with cross-functional teams to strive to understand Moto driver requirements and increase driver supply, driver earnings, and earnings comprehension
Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape and dynamically respond to market needs

The Experience You’ll Bring
2-4 years of relevant work experience (management consulting, investment banking, operations, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders in order to execute high-impact projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
SQL experience is a must
