·ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂIdentify process level gaps & analyze root cause of complaints

·ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂCandidate should have 0-5 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.

·ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂRegularly updating training modules

·ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂShould be open to work in Night shifts.
