Senior Software Developer
The Senior SW Developer job performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. Working independently under general supervision, this job maintains end user needs by ensuring the uptime; performance, resource availability, and security of the computers are within established operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Performs routine analysis during normal of information technology (IT) infrastructure, including on networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications and devices.
• Supports the acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for service outages and other problems.
• Maintains the automation of routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.
• Implements domain solutions and executes changes in line with the implementation plan.
• Helps senior domain administrators with trouble shooting of day-to-day domain issues.
• Configures servers and associated routers to ensure their smooth and reliable operation.
• Creates documentation as it relates to domain configuration, routing, processes, and service records.
• Updates current documentation of all equipment under operational control.

Responsibilities:
• Design, Build, Test & Deploy Workday integrations using various Workday tools like Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Integration cloud connect, Workday Studio
• Strong experience in Web Services, REST API, WSDLs,
• Excellent understanding of HCM functional domains like HCM, US Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, & Comp. Strong understanding of Workday configuration & setup in these domains
• Write and create detailed (TDD) documents, analyze users’ requirements and documents system functionality
• Perform technical analysis, data analysis, maintain system documentation, and continually improve processes
• Act as technical lead for the team & train existing team members
• Coordinate and apply system fixes/patches, follow a SDLC model, and test applying best-practice methods
• Utilize best architecture methods for applying HCM solutions to large data volumes
• Ensure operational systems meet or exceed SLAs
• Interface with HR business partners and IT technical teams ‘One Team’ for support maintenance
• Perform patches, testing, change management, and adhere to SDLC processes.

Required Skills:
• 6+ years Techno-functional experience in Design, Build, Test & Deploy Workday integrations using various Workday tools like Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Integration cloud connect, Workday Studio.
• Exp in Workday Studio is must
• Excellent knowledge of functional domains like US payroll, time tracking, compensation, HCM
• Experience in using open standards of Web Services like SOAP & REST APIs
• Strong experience in using Workday Business Services, Outbound Message Services, Reporting Services
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong development skills particularly SQL, PL/SQL and Java
• Technology delivery and release management experience
• Excellent communication management skills

• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, business units within a matrix organizations
• Strong ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
• Task oriented with excellent attention to detail including documentation and compliance requirements
