Position – Sr. Content Writer.

Experience - 2+ Years

Work location – Mumbai/Noida

Workdays – Mon-Fri

Work hours – + hours per day (Including break time)

Job Description –
• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English, journalism, an equivalent or a related field. Science graduates, MBAs, and Mass Communication Graduates with exceptional written and spoken English are welcome to apply.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a software development or technical product environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that is optimized for search engines.
• Experience creating technical documentation such as user guides, API references, and online help systems, with a focus on SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or RoboHelp, as well as SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and maintaining online documentation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and the ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on delivering high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities
• Write technical content for, solutions, and services. (User Guides etc)
• Write customer-facing content (Q&A, short feature explanations, articles, blog posts etc)
• Establish and support content-related quality gates in the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor peers and juniors, and participate positively in team culture
