Job Description

Mission:

The Staff Accountant will work with the Controller and with the IntegriChain Finance team for the recording of the India finance transaction.

Responsibilities
• Maintaining Books of Account
• Checking and Processing Employee Expenses/Vendor Bills
• Every month Working on Statutory/Compliance Payment – PF/ESIC/PT/GST/TDS
• Every Quarter Verification of GSTR2A & submitting GST refund document
• Every Quarter working on provisions
• Support Internal and External Auditor for Annual Closing – Employee Salary/Provision/All Statutory Payment/ Annual Assets audit
• Monthly GST return Submission – GSTR1 & GSTR3B
• Software Handling - NetSuite if know
• Employees Query Discussion – for Investment/PF/Income Tax
• Ensure proper document filing & transactions in the accounting system
• Gratuity Trust Accounting
• Co-Ordination/Follow-up with Internal/External vendors for work
• If required, the candidate has to visit PF/ESIC/PT/Income Tax office/CA Office for the work
Qualifications
• Education – Graduate in Commerce/M
• Strong communication Skills in Written and Verbal
• Knowledge of Netsuite/Tally/Excel
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance
