Scope of Role

The Supply Growth Manager will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Staymaster's portfolio of vacation homes. This role will involve identifying and onboarding new homes, managing relationships with existing homeowners and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless and effective approach to supply growth. The role will report directly to the Co-Founders.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategy to identify and onboard new vacation homes that meet Staymaster's quality standards and growth targets. Generate leads, make rental projections & pitch!
• Build and maintain relationships with existing homeowners to ensure their objectives are met.
• Work closely with the Hospitality & Revenue team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new homeowners, including conducting property inspections, coordinating photography and creating compelling property listings.
• Continuously monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Staymaster's brand and value proposition to potential homeowners.
• Regularly report on supply growth metrics, including the number of new homes onboarded, homeowner satisfaction levels and referral rates.
• Collaborate with other teams, including Revenue, Marketing, and Hospitality to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to supply growth.

Key Requirements & Skills:
• Proven track record of driving supply growth in the hospitality, real estate or related industries. Must be outcome driven!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with Goa's vacation rental market is preferred but not essential.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, real estate or related fields.
