The Role

We are looking for an organized and creative Sales and Marketing Manager to help advertise and sell our company's products and create a competitive advantage for us in the market industry. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating unique sales plans, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. You will also be in charge of researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, as well as staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should also have an in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing and be able to think analytically and creatively.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Promoting existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Developing and analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, and scheduling expenditures.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities and maintaining professional networks.

Ideal Profile

Skills required:
• You possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales.
• You have Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• You have Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• You have Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
