Tele Caller-Patient Counselor (experience with IVF/Hospital)

Job Summary
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Responsible along with sales professional for overall 100% customer satisfaction rating for assigned account base
Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information for assigned accounts

Job Description:

· Follow up clients and convert leads to sale in systematic manner

· Satisfy customer on given best solutions and procedures on phone/meeting

· Meeting patients to discuss their emotional, physiological & lifestyle issues.

· Providing relevant information and resources specific to the patients needs.

· To minimize doctors time by explaining and clearing the doubts of the patients.

· To explain about the intensity of the disease and to encourage the patients to come for follow up.

· To explain to the patients about the location and the facilities available in the centre to enable and help them to select appropriate place to take treatment.

· To explain to the patients about the modern method of IVF treatment and its cost.

· Follow up and co-ordinate for the treatment plan

· Assist Doctors/Consultants for their client related query

Key Skills
Good communication skill, presentable personality, eager to serve client

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in any IVF Centre
