Job Title: Room Attendant for Homestay

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our homestay team. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

● Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.

● Ensure all guest amenities are fully stocked, including towels, toiletries, and other supplies.

● Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, and report any issues or necessary repairs to management.

● Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, and uphold the homestay's high standards for customer service.

● Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.

● Communicate effectively with other members of the homestay team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

● Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or hospitality training preferred.

● Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred, but not required.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
● Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
● Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
