About the role eligibility:

1. Qualification: UG / PG (MBA).

2. Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

3. Must own a two wheeler

3. Team management

Responsibilities:

1. Mentor and guide new delivery partners.

2. Monitor all the delivery partners performing job responsibilities according to training.

3. Track attendance of the new trainees

4. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
