Job Description

As an integral member of the team you will be a crucial contact for Customers and do your best to assist them with their enquiries and purchases.

Your role will cover but won't be limited to :
• Receiving Inbound calls
• Chat / E Mail to respond to customer enquiries and to reconnect with customers
• Accountable for daily target and KPIs
• General customers service and customer complaints
• Flexible with shift times based on operational needs
• Digital correspondence
