Work Position: Call Center Executive - Medical Record Retrieval

Work Location: Ahmedabad – Science City

Workdays & Timings: Mondays to Friday – 07.30pm to 04.00am (US Night Shift)

Experience: Freshers experienced both can apply

Important Skills: Fluency in English communications MANDATORY

Requirements

▪ Responsible for making calls to Hospital and Clinics for follow up regarding medical record request after initial submission of request.

Responsibilities

▪ Must be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work independently. ▪ Good communications skills - ability to comprehend English is essential.

▪ Should be able to apply rules and guidelines to case situations
