Provides analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of line of business software applications and application integrations. Follows coding and development standards.

Role Responsibilities
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and provide analysis to determine the most effective solution to meet the core needs
• Ability to work with existing vendor created and pre-existing custom developed applications to be able to evolve them to create new solutions
• Designing, coding and debugging applications and interfaces in various software languages
• Establish and maintain coding standards and development best practices
• Mentors other development staff and provides feedback and coaching
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
• Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)
• Software modeling and simulation
• Front end graphical user interface design
• Software testing and quality assurance
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality
• Integrate software with existing systems
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Project Planning and Project Management

Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of experience in a structured software development environment
• Full lifecycle experience with software development projects
• Experience in Web Application Development using Microsoft development technologies
• HTML5 and Flash experience a plus
