Job Title- Customer Analytics – (Senior) IT Application Owner for Client Feedback & Consent Management

Location- Pune/Bangalore

Role Description

The tribe "Customer Analytics" is responsible for the creation as well as the orchestration of the digital customer communication towards our internal and external customers for the brands Deutsche Bank and Postbank within Private Bank Germany (PB GY). The Tribe consists of several squads, which are responsible for the Digital Marketing Platform of PB GY on the one hand and the creation, orchestration, and playout of data-based, individualized customer communications on the other hand.

The overall management of the Digital Marketing Platform is clustered in a Product Domain. The squad "Content & Distribution Solutions" (CDS) is an integral part of this platform and is responsible for:
• Providing a state-of-the art solution to collect client feedback (provider: Qualtrics) based on a SaaS solution for a Net Promotor Score (NPS) using AI-based text analytics approaches to gain insights in improving customer centricity and customer journeys
• Providing a cloud-based consent management solution (vendor: Usercentrics) to enable our platform to collect client data for marketing purposes based on their ******** feedback enabling Digital Marketing and Digital Sales use cases
• Managing an international leading Content Management Platform "Adobe Experience Manager", and several analytical tools of the Adobe Experience Cloud, namely Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) for several tenant worldwide

As soon as possible, we are looking for an experienced IT Application Owner (IT AO) to manage our NPS and our CMP solution within CDS. In this position your will report into the Chapter Lead IT AO for our Customer Analytics tribe and within a matrix organization to the Product Owner CDS, both located in Germany.

Your key responsibilities

The IT Application Owner you are responsible for the operation of the above IT applications including its complete life cycle management.
• As (Senior) IT Application Owner you ensure, that our applications are operated, optimized, and maintained properly. If risk or any kind of issue arises, you will quickly find a compliant solution or address the problem to the right stakeholders.
• You initiate and/or support end to end software development projects and support successful transition into Production
• You are responsible for adhering to compliance requirements. At the same time, you keep the application costs under control and confidently manage software licenses and IT service providers
• You control the deployment and delivery management process for the relevant applications within the DevOps organization.

Your skills and experience
• You have completed university degree in technical subjects with IT as a focus subject or alternatively have a comparable education.
• You have several years of relevant experience in following areas: Software Engineering, Middleware Engineering, Application Operations, certificate and network management, Firewalls und Application monitoring
• You have worked in multi-location teams and are familiar with project-based work / assignments. You are familiar with agile working methods and can work based on SCRUM
• Preferably you have knowledge about same are similar software in the SaaS environment für Client Consent Management and collection of Client feedback via NPS scores
• You have strong analytical skills, you know how to prioritize your work, and you like to interact in a dynamic environment with matrix structures and virtual teams.
• You are fluent in English both speaking and writing
