We are looking for Test Automation Lead / Sr. Test Automation Engineer(s) having experience in Selenium (Java) / Cucumber (JAVA), designing & developing Automation Framework(s) AND proficient in SQL.

Your key responsibilities
• Individual contributor & Sr. Test Automation Engineer / Architect role within the AFC IT Development Project.
• Responsible to define the Test Automation Strategy & Plans at Application level as well as at each Release level.
• Responsible to design & develop Automation Framework for JAVA & ORACLE based application(s)
• Responsible to automate ETL tests, database testing, functional UI & regression tests.
• Comply with the organization's existing SDLC & QA standards & also introduce industry best practices within Test Automation / QA.
• Communicate with multiple roles within development team & produce reports to Senior Management

Your skills and experience

Following are some mandatory skills we're looking for a Test Automation profile. Lately we're receiving profiles with experience on Java and API testing, hardly we get any profile with Karate/webdriverIO experience. Please ask vendors to shortlist the candidates with Karate/webdriverIO with JavaScript/TypeScript /Java experience along with below expertise.
• Overall IT experience –: 6-8 years (Associate) / 8-12 years (AVP)
• Related Experience (Test Automation) –: Preferably same.
• Should have experience on...Test Automation framework development or framework enhancement. We're specifically looking for a resource who has actively contributed to either framework development or enhancement. Not that resource who just executed the test suite with the help of framework.Java, Python, JavaScript / Typescript.API TestingShould have worked on BDD.Selenium Webdriver.UI Automation -: WebdriverIO / Karate for Angular apps automation .Should have experience with working on SQL.Basic Unix commands.
• Should be ready to work as a function tester (as and when needed)
• Good communication skill.
• MUST have MINIMUM 4 years of HANDS-ON experience in automating tests using Selenium (JAVA) OR Cucumber (JAVA)
• MUST have experience in design & development of Automation Framework(s)
• MUST have strong analytical & coding skills to automate tests for JAVA & ORACLE based applications.
• MUST have hands on experience in writing medium to high complex SQL queries.
• MUST have excellent verbal and written communications.
• Should have experience in developing test automation framework for implementing continuous integration.
• Should have experience in / exposure to tools like HP ALM, CI tools-Jenkins, SVN / Bitbucket, JIRA etc.
• Advantage: Experience in / exposure to Investment Bank / Financial Markets / Compliance domain(s)

• Strong understanding of technologies as under:
• Automation Testing: JUnit, Mokito, Selenium, Protractor, Cucumber
• SCM: BitBucket
• Practices: Code Quality, Sonar, Veracode, Security, DevOPS, Agile, CI & CD
• Scheduling: Control M
• SDLC Tools - JAMA, JIRA, Sonar, Veracode /JFrog, TeamCity, BitBucket, ALM etc.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Fluent in English (written/verbal).

• Candidate is expected to have high desire to learn new technologies and implement various solutions in fast paced environment.
• 10+ Years of technology experience, continuous hands-on coding exposure, and ability to drive solutions.

Education and Qualification:
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent
