This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly experienced individual to join the Credit Risk Technology team and utilize their business knowledge and leaderships skills in a highly visible domain level role as a Product owner. The role requires in-depth experience on Credit Risk specifically credit risk lifecycle, implementation of Basel guidelines and new Regulatory regime. The individual to have good understanding of Basel 3/4, Collateral allocation for Banking Book and Trading Books and understanding of calculations of PD/LGD/EAD/RWA and Expected Loss.

You will define and govern the delivery approach in Agile Framework across Credit risk Domain. You will manage and drive the adoption of recognized best practices, tools and policy ensuring that a robust and maintainable solution build is implemented.

You will work alongside Epic and Business Owners & sponsor stakeholders to ensure that the applicable

streams of work is progressing to plan, cross EPICs and dependencies are identified and managed,

provide guidance by example and act as the senior escalation point for Credit Risk domain.

Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Develop and communicate Product Vision and Roadmap with the Epic Owners, Business Owners, Solution/System Architect & Product Management
• Good knowledge of Risk Domain, financial regulations such as Basel 2 / 3 / 4, Credit / Market Risk / Operational risk areas.
• Manage and prioritize backlog of work and ensure value delivery is embedded in PI Objectives and release content via prioritized features and enablers
• Ensure adherence to both the Bank's and domain's testing standards with focus on achieving further efficiencies and benefits through automated testing
• Provide management, leadership and technical guidance to teams across multiple locations and senior escalation point for all stakeholders.
• Participate in the end-to-end development cycle working closely with squad teams following BDD development model.

Must Have:
• 10+ years' experience in Product Owner & product management on a scaled agile environment, with a strong emphasis on cognitive solutions within Investment Banking or Credit Risk domain.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate at senior level with proven experience in successfully drive roadmaps of large scale Regulatory Programs
• Functional Knowledge/understanding or experience in the Risk Domain.
• Good to have experience or knowledge in any of Credit Risk Lifecycle, Limit Management, Rating Methodologies, Recovery Management.
• Understanding of Risk Methodologies for PD, LGD, EAD, RWA Calculations
• Functional Knowledge or Understanding of Model Calculations and Pricing/Valuations across multiple asset classes including Traded Derivatives, Banking Book Securitization etc.
• Knowledge of BASEL & ECB IRBA guidelines and strong knowledge of models involved in rating methodology buildout and various data sources involved
• Experience in writing simple SQL queries for analysis would be a great enabler to perform the role well.
