Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and clients

• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions

• Maintain good customer relations

• Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets

• Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data

• Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries



This is a 24/7 support mostly evening and night shifts
Five-day working with Two days rotational off


Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate/Graduate with Minimum 6months of experience in voice process is Mandatory
• Should possess excellent English Voice Communication skills

• Should be comfortable with rotational shifts (247)

• Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation

• Takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied and promises are kept

• Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner
