Customer Support Executive |US Voice Process

Job description:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant expertise in customer support, sales, BPO, and US voice processes.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, via phone, email, or chat.
• Preparing and sending quotes proposals.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus and Sales discounts.
• Experienced male Candidates only preferred to make Sales calls for US clients in the Madurai location.

Salary: Rs. 20K Per month Plus sales commission

Potential to earn up to one lakh or more per month.
