Job Description

:

Non-Motor Claims Scrutiny and claims processing for settlement
Coinsurance Claims Process,
Reconciliation of Incoming Coinsurance Claims
Branch Office / Other Insurers Claims Query handling
Coordination with IT Department for Bugs and Developments
Follow-up and Report Preparations and Co-ordination with MIS and Analytics Team
Coinsurance Claims Scrutinizing the document/ survey report
Verify the assessment of claims as per terms and condition of the policy
Preparation of the Claim note & obtain necessary approvals.
Review /Payment entry in system & approvals.
Attending meeting with Stakeholders
MIS Reports and Data Preparations
Support Audit and Incidental Activities allocated by RA
