Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our remote team based in India. As a remote accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of our company. You will work closely with the management team and other departments to ensure that financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the financial accounts of the company in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and other stakeholders
• Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports
• Monitor the company's cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
