Sales Team Leader

Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries; generating new sales by approaching potential clients. Arranging & attending / organizing client visits.
• Identifying & Evaluate client's requirements and offering the best-suited project to clients according to their Financial and loan eligibility.
• Researching and analyzing sales options for the clients i.e. looking after Pre-sales service
• Travel to meet with clients and make presentations
• Maintaining good long-lasting relationships with existing clients & team members
• Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data
• Helping / Assisting in Marketing Plans & Supporting Manager in the daily operations
• Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness i.e. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
