Should be proficient in both English and Kannada language (i.e., reading and writing). Have a good typing speed Should be able to take down dictation and transcribe the same to a first draft, with minimum errors. Proof read documents for any errors before finalising the same. Should be able to record meetings / proceedings and transcribe the same to a final document. Should have knowledge to work with computers and should be proficient with Microsoft word. Should have the ability to work fast and meet timelines.
