Bachelor/Master’s/PhD degree in Electrical/ Electronic engineering. 4+ years of transistor level Circuit design and Simulation experience. Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design tools, and flows. Design experience in linear circuits LDO, amplifiers, OPAMP circuits, Comparators, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs. Experience in stability in feedback systems and compensation techniques. Strong presentation and technical documentation skills. Self-motivated, thorough, autonomous, and driven to continually improve. Willing to take on design challenges and come up with innovative solutions. Must possess of transistor level designs Preferred Qualifications: Familiar with high voltage (5-60V) BCD processes a big plus. Exposure to CMOS/BCD Analog circuits in power management area. - For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
