Lab Technician

Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Technician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, and ensuring that the laboratory equipment is maintained in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical laboratory setting and a good understanding of laboratory safety procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze samples using laboratory equipment and instruments, including microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrophotometers.
• Maintain laboratory records and ensure that all results are accurately documented and reported.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols.
• Participate in the training and supervision of laboratory assistants and other staff.
